Our concern about the wine quality lead us to join Apromontes – Wine Makers from High Hills Association. It is an association of twelve wineries located in Flores da Cunha and Nova Pádua. It fosters wine-growing research. Apromontes  has a certification for the wines produced in these areas, as well as it promotes them all over the country.
